Booksigning at Chronicle Books, Thursday Feb. 12

Feb 9 by Anita 5 Comments

Just quickly surfacing after a weekend full of candy – my refrigerator is just about bursting with containers of candy, every horizontal surface is covered with ingredients, and I've scrubbed hot sugar out of pots more times than I care to remember. The photo shoot is in one week – after that I'll actually be able to talk about something else besides candy. Wish me luck!

I'm also going to be taking a brief break this Thursday, February 12 and doing a booksigning event at the Chronicle Books store. I love cookbooks produced by Chronicle Books, and I'm lucky enough that Field Guide to Cookies is carried by them. I'll be at the bookstore on Union Street from 6 to 7 PM – I look forward to talking about cookies, dessert, and anything else in general! Hope to see you there!

    Hi Anita,
I bought your book “Field guide to cookies”
It is so helpful and detailed information about each cookie.
    Congrats for another book.
Looking forward to see more from that book too.
    Best of luck

    Hi,

I have forgot to tell you, but I bought your book from Amazon when it became available some time last year, and it is great! I love the amaretti, it’s the best amaretti recipe I have tried. What I like the most, is the collection of all sorts of cookies, from Romanian to German to Swedish, and they are all authentic. I am making (soon) a post about your sweet, brilliant book.
    Good luck with the signing!
