Halloween Chocolate Swirled Lollipops

Serves: About 2-3 dozen 1½” lollipops
Ingredients
  • 8 ounces (230 g) bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
  • 8 ounces (230 g) white chocolate (I prefer Valrhona or Lindt), finely chopped
Instructions
  1. Lay out chocolate lollipop molds. Place lollipop sticks into each cavity.
  2. Melt bittersweet chocolate in a double boiler or in a metal bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water. Melt white chocolate in a double boiler or in a metal bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water.
  3. Drop small spoonfuls of dark chocolate into each cavity. Drop small spoonfuls of white chocolate into each cavity.
  4. Use a toothpick to carefully swirl the chocolates in each mold.
  5. Place lollipops in the refrigerator and let set, about 15 to 20 minutes.
  6. Store lollipops in an airtight container between layers of wax paper in the refrigerator for up to one week.
